Mr. Ilhan has established partnerships with major financial entities like Orion Resource Partners and Trafigura, utilizing his expertise in strategic business planning, financial modeling, and enterprise risk management. He has held executive roles, including:

• CEO & Chairman of Aldridge Minerals Inc., where he facilitated a $300M sale to a well established mining company in Türkiye as well as attracted two USA-based private equity firms for $280M for project finance.

• Global Mining Director at URS Corporation, leading its mining business across 20+ countries and 5 continents.
