These terms and conditions apply to all participants, including delegates, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers, who register for the MINEX Forum events. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree, MINEX Forum will not accept your registration.
Registration and Acceptance
Your registration is an offer to MINEX Forum to attend an event, which is subject to MINEX Forum’s written acceptance. A binding contract is formed when MINEX Forum sends written confirmation of acceptance to you. If you have not received confirmation within 5 working days, you should contact MINEX Forum. If confirmation is not sent within 14 days, your registration will be deemed accepted unless MINEX Forum notifies you otherwise. MINEX Forum reserves the right to refuse your registration.
Payment of Fees
You must pay the specified fees for the event in full and in cleared funds by the payment deadline. If payment is not received before the event, MINEX Forum may require payment as a condition of entry or refuse entry. No refunds will be made for partial payments, and any balance will remain due and payable.
Discounts
Discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and cannot be combined. Discounts for group registrations are valid for the specified number of delegates. If the actual number of delegates attending is less, MINEX Forum may adjust the fees accordingly.
Pricing
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change. Changes will not affect confirmed registrations.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration, but cancellations received 28 days or more before the event are subject up to a 30% administrative charge. Cancellations received less than 28 days before the event cannot be refunded or credited, and the full fee remains payable. All cancellations must be sent by email to admin@minexforum.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and must be acknowledged by MINEX Forum.
Substitutions and Transfers
Substitutions with employees from your organisation are allowed, but participant registrations are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from MINEX Forum.
Event Changes and Cancellations
MINEX Forum reserves the right to change the event format, speakers, content, venue, or date at any time without liability. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be offered an alternative event or a refund of their fees.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure, MINEX Forum may change the event location or date without liability. Any fees paid will be applied to the rearranged event, and you will not be entitled to object or claim compensation.
Liability Limitation
MINEX Forum disclaims liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the event, as well as any indirect losses. MINEX Forum’s total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid.
Recording Prohibition
Unauthorized photography, recording, or transmission of event material is strictly prohibited.
Privacy
Your personal information will be stored in a database. For details on how MINEX Forum uses your information, refer to the Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction. Only you and MINEX Forum have the right to enforce these terms.
Acceptance
By participating in MINEX Forum events, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Amendments
MINEX Forum reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms in force at the time of your registration.
Third-Party Rights
No person other than you and MINEX Forum shall have the right to enforce these terms and conditions without prior written agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by English law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this condition shall prevent or restrict MINEX Forum from pursuing any action against you in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Translation
Where a translation of this Agreement is provided, the English language text shall prevail in case of conflict.
