Chris Allum is a Senior Business Origination Officer at UK Export Finance (UKEF), helping coordinate UKEF’s international business development activities. In this role Chris works across 2 areas of focus, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECAN) & the Middle East.   UKEF is the UK’s export credit agency which provides finance and insurance to support long term economic growth for British businesses and their counterparts overseas. UKEF supports UK exports while delivering wider impacts, including bolstering the UK’s leadership in green industries and building commercial partnerships with fast growing developing markets. Prior to his role at UKEF, Chris worked in business development across the energy market in the private sector, with experience in both fossil fuels and renewable energy.
