Association of legal entities "Republican association of mining and metallurgical enterprises" (AMME) was established on August 3, 2005 at the initiative of enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan and with support of the sectoral ministry.
The mission of the AMME is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Association’s member companies, contributing to an open and constructive dialogue between government bodies and the business community.
Today, the AMME is accredited by the main line ministries and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".
The AMME is a member of the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM).
As of January 1, 2024, the AMME includes 97 enterprises of the mining and metallurgical sector of Kazakhstan.
